Daniela Greville

Daniela Greville brings over 17-years of finance and affordable housing development experience. Prior to joining Forsyth Street, from 2012 through 2019, she was at McCormack Baron Salazar, where from 2018 she oversaw the firm’s Northern California office. Daniela led project development from predevelopment through lease up and loan conversion, including all aspects of project finance: financial underwriting, deal structuring, risk management, closings, and financial milestones. She managed, structured, and led multiple mixed-finance affordable housing projects valued at over $400 million in total development costs and totaling approximately 850 dwelling units.

These projects included a number of innovative financing mechanisms, including combining two LIHTC partnerships in one building using air rights parcels, generating an additional $12 million in equity, and creating a legal framework for combining HUD Choice Neighborhoods funds along with Rental Assistance Demonstration and Project Based Voucher subsidies.

She received a B.A. from Tufts University and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. Daniela is based in San Francisco, CA.
