Daniela Greville

Daniela Greville has over 20 years of finance and affordable housing development experience. Since joining Forsyth Street in 2020, she has worked with clients on the creation and implementation of funds and innovative financing programs, as well as strategic business planning. This includes the creation and ongoing management of the RED Housing Fund (Sonoma, CA), development of BAHFA’s inaugural business plan (Bay Area, CA), and the launch of the Housing Accelerator Loan Fund (Austin, TX). She also regularly works with a number of clients on project-level underwriting and financing executions throughout the country.

Prior to joining Forsyth Street, from 2012 through 2019, she was at McCormack Baron Salazar, where from 2018 she oversaw the firm’s Northern California office. Daniela led project development from predevelopment through lease up and loan conversion, including all aspects of project finance: financial underwriting, deal structuring, risk management, closings, and financial milestones. She managed, structured, and led multiple mixed-finance affordable housing projects valued at over $400 million in total development costs and totaling approximately 850 dwelling units.

She received a B.A. from Tufts University and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. Daniela is based in San Francisco, CA.
