Elliott Weissmann

Asset Management

At Forsyth, Elliott supports loan underwriting and fund analysis for a variety of existing loan funds. He is also part of the team that assists clients with their one-off underwriting requests.

Elliott joined Forsyth after two and a half years on the Community Development team at Bank of America where he was most recently an Associate Underwriter in both debt financing and tax credit equity. His role spanned from deal screening to construction closing and permanent debt conversion for affordable housing and other commercial, retail, and residential real estate.

Elliott holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management.
