Elyssa joined Forsyth Street in 2010. She works primarily in the firm’s Asset Management division; particular concentrations include assistance in the administration of Funds that finance property acquisitions in New York City and Los Angeles and the management of the firm’s Renewable Energy partnerships.
Elyssa is integral in the support and management of social impact funds throughout the country. From start-up through deployment, Elyssa helps with the day to day operations, managing cash reserves and utilization, and Fund reporting, accounting and compliance. The same skill set lends itself to the management of the Renewable Energy division. Forsyth Asset Management provides a leadership role for institutional investors looking to finance large scale utility projects. Management of these facilities enables our partners to take a sideline approach folllowing deal closing. We have established an expertise which allows for economies of scale and cost savings, combined with expert management and oversight.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University. Her background includes finance and research experience at several finance-oriented firms, including the Palladin Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in the debt analysis and placement department.
