Leanne Fitzner

Leanne Fitzner joined Forsyth Street in 2023. Leanne supports affordable housing and clean energy projects. Leanne has experience assisting nonprofits, CDFIs, and Green Banks, with stakeholder interviews, market research, and business plans and recommendations. Leanne also has experience conducting policy research focused on the Inflation Reduction Act and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. She previously advised Opportunity Finance Network on the implementation of their $2.3 billion Clean Communities Investment Accelerator award, which included developing eligibility guidance, delivering training on climate lending, and assessing the climate lending capacity of CDFIs and Green Banks. Leanne has seven years of project management and operations experience from her prior roles at Capco and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where she worked before starting graduate school. Leanne holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College.
