Mariana Sullivan

Mariana Sullivan began working at Forsyth Street in 2024 and supports both the Clean Energy Advisory team and the Asset Management team.

Mariana’s expertise is in supporting Green Banks, CDFIs, and other mission-driven lenders' development of their clean lending business plans and underwriting transactions. She has led market research and lender interviews to help develop a secondary market vehicle for solar projects and has developed credit analyses for building electrification loans for affordable housing in the tristate area.

Mariana previously served for three years in Investment Consulting at Andersen, where she was the lead contact on ESG research. Mariana holds an M.S. in Climate Finance from Columbia Climate School, in partnership with Columbia Business School, and an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. She also holds a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University.
