Prior to CFE, she was the Director of Capital Projects at the DC Primary Care Association where she oversaw the deployment of $100 million in capital for upgrading the facilities of DC’s community health centers. To capitalize these projects, she secured $70 million in equity funding from the DC government and leveraged an additional $30 million from other grant sources and financing vehicles, including traditional debt and New Markets Tax Credits.
